[NeXus-committee] let's avoid the term "data format"

Under https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/issues/306,
I reported an instance of conceptual confusion in the
User Manual that needs to be repaired. I suggest to avoid
the unclear term "data format" in favor of "file format"
and "data model". For details, see said link. - Joachim
