[NeXus-committee] manuscript: exchange or archival format

Sentence 1 of the abstract says:
   NeXus is an effort ... to define a common data exchange format.

Sentence 1 of section 1 says:
   Increasingly, ... facilities have chosen to store data using the
NeXus data format.

These statements need to be brought under a common denominator.
Since exchange and archiving pose different problems,
we need to explicate these requirements and how we reconciled them
(if we did ...).
