Hi Ray - thanks for the note about units: i should read the
documentation more closely!

I recently had a query from a user in Japan who had downloaded the API
and was then unsure of where to get the "mfhdf" library from. We can
add a reference to:

http://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu/obtain.html

to the README file in the distribution, but i wondered if it would be
also worth putting this link onto the NeXus/NeXus_API.html page
