Linux installation problems

The messages aren't errors, but warnings: they all happen for arguments 
typed in HDF as int32; NAPI has them as int. We probably should cast
them explicitly in NAPI code, to avoid this warning; in any case it
shouldn't stop the compilation or produce bad code. I talked to 
Nick about it and we will include it in napi.w.
