Hi Mark,
It's more important that we get it right than that we do it quickly. I am
happy to wait until Uwe is back. I will be away on travel all next week, so
we will probably have to delay the release of v2.0 until I get back.
I would still be interested to hear if the current version is okay for
Windows machines, apart from this problem.
