[Nexus-developers] NeXus API documentation via Doxygen

There is now a Doxygen parse of the nexus library at:

http://download.nexusformat.org/

which is rebuilt hourly from the subversion tree (at the same time a
distribution kit is made). This just shows the overall structure at the
moment as there is not yet any Doxygen specific documentation in the
code.
