[Nexus-developers] Updated documentation

I'm excited to see all the preparations for the 4.0 release.  Could I
encourage someone to document the added routines in the NeXus API page at
<http://www.nexusformat.org/Application_Program_Interface>?  There is
NXmakenamedlink and the new NXprintlink utility. Also, there's the support
for 2d character arrays.
