[Nexus-developers] 4.3 rc download

There currently is no way to find out about the 4.3 release candidate from the www.nexusformat.org<http://www.nexusformat.org> website unless you dig very deep. Which you would only do when you know what you are looking for. After a bit of trying I am no longer sure there is a way to get to a tarball at all.
That should be fixed I think. And maybe the website could do with being slightly less static.
