[Nexus] definitions & manual build not working

Hi all,

The automatic builds for the definitions and the manual are currently broken. So for the moment the github repo and the information on nexusformat.org are out of sync. There have not been that many changes, but it is worth keeping in mind.

While the problem appears to be easy to fix, we're waiting for a kind person to help us out and that may take until the end of the week.
