[Nexus] NAPI release 4.3.4 RC1

Hi folks,
  I published the first release candidate of NAPI 4.3.4 today.
Some things are still missing but will be added in the next couple of days.
Can you please check the build on your system. In case of questions have
a look at the INSTALL file in the root of the source tree.

Concerning the language bindings: only C++, Fortran 90 and 77 are
supported. Java and Python will be released later.

PS: this release is for Linux only.
